The app requests access to the device camera exclusively for scanning QR codes.

• Camera data is processed in real time
• No images or videos are stored
• No camera data is transmitted externally

All scanning operations occur locally on the device.

2.3 QR Code Content

Scan QR code data:

• Is processed locally
• Is not transmitted to any server
• Is not stored outside the device

If scan history is available, it is stored only on the user’s device and can be deleted by the user at any time.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Since Kiro QR Scan does not collect personal data, no personal data processing occurs under Article 6 GDPR.

Camera access is based solely on user consent granted via Android system permissions.

Users may revoke permission at any time through device settings.

• No background data transmission occurs

All functionality operates locally on the device.
