Nomad VPN User Agreement
1. Terms of Service
These terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, govern the use and access to the various services we offer, the applications, as well as all content and software related to our services. By using our app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. These Terms and Privacy Policy are a binding agreement between you and Nomad VPN, so please read them carefully.
2. Acceptance of terms
By using and/or accessing the services, you agree, on your own behalf or on behalf of those you represent, to comply with and be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy in full, including liability for any costs associated with using the services. Some sections of these Terms or Privacy Policy may not apply to your specific use of the services. Therefore, if you do not agree with any part of the Agreement applicable to you, you may not use our services.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Our services are accessible from anywhere in the world, so you are responsible for evaluating whether your use of the services complies with applicable laws and regulations. You may be prohibited from using the services if you are located in a country where using, accessing, or subscribing to the services violates our export control policy.
We demand that you do not abuse our service. To protect the services from unfair use or use to the detriment of anyone, Nomad VPN reserves the right to take appropriate measures if our services are used in violation of these Terms and the applicable law. You agree that Nomad VPN may restrict access to any part of the services and take other legal measures provided by law if we, in our absolute discretion, believe that you have abused the services.
4. By using our services, you agree not to
- Send or transmit unsolicited advertisements or content (so-called "spam") through our service
- Send, post, or transmit through our service any content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, offensive, misleading, or defamatory; violates the intellectual rights of Nomad VPN or third parties; violates privacy; or incites violence or illegal actions
- Upload, download, publish, reproduce or distribute any content protected by copyright or any other proprietary right without the prior permission of the owner/licensor of the proprietary content
- Upload, download, post, reproduce or distribute any content that includes sexual or explicit images of minors or content that is also restricted/prohibited in your country
- Attempt to access, verify, or connect to computing devices without proper authorization (i.e., any form of "hacking"). This includes: Scanning VPN servers or performing any other fraud with VPN servers. Attempts to discover API servers or send API requests without permission. Any other actions aimed at compromising or interfering with the operation of servers and infrastructure.
Any of the above actions are a strict violation of the rules and entail blocking not only on the Nomad VPN project, but also on all Nomad VPN projects.
5. User's age
By using our services, you declare that you are at least 18 years old. You understand that the Internet may contain information that may offend, be illegal in different jurisdictions, or be inappropriate for a certain age, and Nomad VPN is not responsible for detecting and deleting such information.
6. Third-party sites
Nomad VPN may provide you with third-party content or links to third-party websites. Nomad VPN is not responsible for the availability of content provided by third parties, as they are outside the control and supervision of Nomad VPN, and they may have different terms of use and policies. Your access through our services to any website, service, or content provided by third parties does not indicate any relationship between Nomad VPN and such third parties.
7. Disclaimer of liability
We will strive to prevent interruptions in our services. We do not provide any guarantees that the services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, safe or error-free, or that defects, if any, will be eliminated. You acknowledge that you access the Site and/or the services at your own risk. Coverage, speed, server location, and quality of VPN service may vary. Nomad VPN will strive to provide services at an affordable time. However, the services may be unavailable due to a number of factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, emergencies; disruptions to third-party services; transmission, equipment, or network issues or limitations, exposure, or signal strength; and may be interrupted, rejected, limited, or reduced. We may set usage restrictions, suspend services, close accounts, or block certain uses at our sole discretion to protect Nomad VPN. You also acknowledge that if the VPN service does not work on your device or on your network, it is entirely your responsibility. We have no obligation to ensure compatibility with your hardware, network, or terms of use. You must independently verify the possibility of using our services.
8. Distribution of access
When accessing outside the mobile phone application, the use of Nomad VPN services may be suspended. Selling access to Nomad VPN services, access to services may be restricted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nomad VPN will not be liable and will not be liable to any user or other person for damages or losses. In no event will Nomad VPN be liable for direct, special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for any other damages of any kind, even if they have been advised of such a possibility. The above does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

11. Updating conditions
Nomad VPN may update these Terms from time to time without notice. Unless we specify otherwise, each update of the Terms will be valid from the moment the amended Terms are posted on the site. Notification of major changes to the Terms may be provided to users by means of an email message sent to the email address provided by you to us, and/or banners or pop-up messages. If you continue to use the services after such changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the amended Terms.

3. Privacy Policy Overview
Our main goal is your anonymous use of our service. Therefore, our policy is to never store activity logs or metadata and to have a minimum data retention time. Also, if you use our service for illegal purposes, we have the right to suspend access to our service.
4. Support and problem reports
Email support for problem messages sent by the application/client: (program logs, email, IP addresses, and sensitive data are deleted). Please refrain from entering personal information when reporting a problem through the app/client. Emails and problem reports are processed through our social media and email services in order to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide general customer support. The processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests, where such an interest exceeds your rights to your personal data. After "resolving" or "closing" a support request/problem message, all related emails/problem messages are archived (deleted from the inbox). After six months, all emails/problem messages sent to our support address are automatically and permanently deleted (from incoming, deleted items, sent items, trash, and archives).

We do not collect information about you due to the lack of registration in the application.
We use Google Analytics analytics services to collect anonymized aggregated information that does not allow us to identify a specific user.
